McDull is a male pig distinguished by a birthmark on his right eye. He has a heart of gold but is rather ordinary and not very smart. Despite this, he is full of dreams. He often fails when he tries to achieve them and feels disappointed, but he never gives up, always exploring new dreams. In this way, he creates his own colorful world. He lives simply and naturally. Though imperfect, his never-say-die attitude makes him a beloved character.
The name "McDull" has its own story. When Mrs. Mak was about to give birth, she saw a plastic basin flying over her head. In Cantonese, "basin" is pronounced roughly as "dull." Taking this as a divine sign, she named her son "Dull."
