Little Peter is nine years old. He started school the year before last and is now in the third grade. Although he lives close to school, he is often late for class because he likes to watch TV late into the night and struggles to wake up early.
This term, Peter's aunt, Mrs. Black, began working at his school as the third-grade English teacher. She is strict with him and often reminds him to follow the school rules and arrive on time.
Yesterday morning, Peter overslept again. When he arrived at school at eight-ten, his aunt was waiting for him at the gate.
"You're ten minutes late for the first class, Peter," Mrs. Black said angrily. "Why are you often late?"
"Every time I reach the street corner," Peter replied, "I see a sign that says, 'SCHOOL -- GO SLOW'!"
