It was a hot day. An old man was asleep in his chair. A fly landed on the tip of his nose.
The old man had a naughty monkey. Seeing the fly, the monkey chased it away.
But the fly returned and landed on the man's nose once more. Again and again, the monkey chased it off.
This happened five or six times. The monkey grew furious. He jumped up, ran to the garden, and picked up a large stone.
When the fly settled on the old man's nose again, the monkey struck it hard with the stone.
He killed the fly, but also broke the old man's nose.
