There was a boy who was sent to a boarding school. He used to be the brightest student in his class and excelled in every competition. However, after moving to the boarding school, things changed. His grades began to drop. He avoided groups and felt constantly lonely. He started to feel worthless and believed no one loved him.
His parents grew worried, yet even they couldn't pinpoint the problem. So, his father decided to visit the school and talk to him.
They sat by the lake near the school. The father began with casual questions about classes, teachers, and sports. Then he asked, "Do you know why I'm here today, son?"
The boy replied, "To check my grades?"
"No, no," his father said. "I am here to tell you that you are the most important person to me. I want to see you happy. I don't care about grades. I care about you. I care about your happiness. YOU ARE MY LIFE."
At that moment, the boy felt he had everything he needed. He knew there was someone on Earth who cared for him deeply. He meant the world to someone.
"Thank you, Dad. YOU ARE MY LIFE."
