A man, dying of thirst, was crawling across the desert when a camel raced up and stopped. An Arab jumped down, opened a suitcase, and said, "Would you like to buy a tie?"

"No," the man gasped. "I need water. Do you have any water?"

"No," replied the Arab, "but I have a wonderful selection of ties." He then rode off.

The unfortunate man continued his crawl across the scorching sand until he reached a beautiful hotel. He dragged himself up the steps, crying out, "Water! Water!"

The manager approached him and said, "I'm sorry, Sir, but you cannot enter without a tie."
