During a visit to a mental institution, a visitor asked the Director what criterion determined whether a patient should be admitted.
"Well," said the Director, "we fill a bathtub with water, then offer the patient a teaspoon, a teacup, and a bucket. We ask them to empty the bathtub."
"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would use the bucket because it's the largest."
"No," replied the Director. "A normal person would pull the drain plug. Would you like a bed near the window?"
