Once upon a time, there was a willful child who never obeyed his mother. God, displeased by this, made him fall ill. No doctor could cure him, and soon he lay on his deathbed.
He was buried, but his little arm kept reaching out from the grave. Even when they pushed it back and covered it with fresh earth, the arm would emerge again. Finally, the mother went to the grave and struck the arm with a switch. Only then did it withdraw, and the child rested peacefully beneath the earth.
