A child custody case was heard in court. The judge, finding both parents fit, struggled to decide who should be granted full custody.
He turned to the little boy and asked, "Would you like to live with your mother?"
"No," the boy replied.
"Why not?" inquired the judge.
"Because she beats me."
The judge then said, "Alright, then you'll go live with your father."
"Oh no!" cried the boy. "He beats me too."
Dumbfounded, the judge asked, "Well, who do you want to live with?"
"I want to live with the New York Knicks!" the boy exclaimed.
"Why?" asked the judge.
"Because they never beat anybody."
