A man went into a shop to buy a parrot. There were three parrots for sale: one priced at $5,000, another at $10,000, and the third at $30,000.
The customer asked the shop owner, "Why is this one $5,000? That seems very expensive for this type of parrot."
The owner replied, "Because I have trained him, and he can talk."
"What about this one?" the customer then asked. "What can he do to justify such a high price?"
"Well," said the owner, "apart from talking, he can also perform some amusing actions, like dancing. That's why he's more expensive."
Finally, the customer pointed to the third parrot. "And this one? What can he do that makes him so expensive?"
The shop owner said, "I don't know. Normally, I have never heard him talk, nor dance, nor whistle, nor sing—nothing at all! But the other two call him 'The Boss.'"
