A blonde and a brunette are watching the 6 o'clock news. It's a live report from the scene where an old homeless man is on top of a large bridge, swearing he will jump off.
The brunette turns to the blonde and says, "I bet you $50 he jumps."
The blonde replies, "You're on."
Sure enough, the man jumps and falls to his death.
The brunette snickers and says, "I must admit, I did watch the news at 5."
The blonde says, "So did I, but I didn't think he'd jump twice!"
