Criticize | 批评的自由

English Original

An American visited Russia. He observed secret police everywhere and noticed that the people seemed fearful and unsmiling.

"What's wrong?" he asked his Russian friend. "You dare not say anything. In America, we are free to criticize our president and government anytime, about anything."

His friend replied, "Yes, here we are also free to criticize the American government and its president anytime."
