A 76-year-old man visited a doctor for a general health check-up.
The doctor examined him thoroughly and said, "Everything is fine." As the man paid his fee, the doctor asked, "Have you followed any regimen to stay physically fit?"
"Well," the old man replied, "when I got married fifty years ago, my wife and I made an agreement: when I lost my temper, she would remain silent; when she lost hers, I would leave the house. So, for over fifty years, I've enjoyed a fine outdoor life. That is undoubtedly the reason I've stayed healthy."
