Hairspray |

English Original

A boy was playing in the front yard while his grandfather watched from the porch. Seeing the boy pull a worm from the ground, the grandfather offered him five dollars if he could put the worm back into its hole.

The boy thought it would be easy, but soon struggled. Just as he was about to give up, he ran inside, grabbed a can of his grandmother's hairspray, sprayed the worm, let it dry, and successfully inserted it back into the hole.

Impressed, the grandfather paid the boy five dollars, saying, "Well, boy, that's a neat trick."

The next day, the grandfather handed the boy another five dollars. Puzzled, the boy asked, "What is this for?"

The grandfather replied, "Your grandmother thought it was a neat trick too!"
