A simple girl, who did not easily fall in love, finally found someone with whom she wished to spend her life. They became friends, and soon, lovers. They loved each other deeply.
The girl gave her all and promised the man she would never leave him. In return, he vowed they would be together forever.
However, as time passed, the man betrayed the girl. Though deeply hurt, she refused to let go. Even with a heart full of pain, her love held her steadfast, clinging to the hope of reconciliation.
Feeling remorseful, the man wanted to set her free. "Can we try? Just one last time?" the girl pleaded. But he left, saying, "I can no longer be with you. I love another now and wish to spend my life with her. I'm sorry."
The girl wept night after night. Yet, she never lost her love for him, still clinging to his promise that someday, they would be together forever.
