The Lucky Frog | 幸运青蛙

English Original

A man takes a day off to play golf. On the second hole, he notices a frog by the green. As he prepares to swing, he hears, "Ribbit 9 Iron." Puzzled, he looks around, sees no one, and hears it again. He decides to prove the frog wrong, switches to a 9 iron, and hits the ball perfectly. Amazed, he calls the frog "lucky," and it replies, "Ribbit Lucky frog."

He takes the frog to the next hole. When asked for advice, the frog says, "Ribbit 3 wood." The man uses the 3 wood and scores a hole-in-one. Stunned, he continues with the frog's guidance and plays the best game of his life. He then asks, "Where to next?" The frog replies, "Ribbit Las Vegas."

In Las Vegas, at the roulette table, the frog advises, "Ribbit $3000, black 6." Though the odds are slim, the man bets and wins a fortune. Grateful, he books the best hotel room and thanks the frog, asking how he can repay it. The frog says, "Ribbit Kiss Me." The man kisses the frog, which transforms into a beautiful 15-year-old girl.

The story concludes with the man explaining, "And that, your honor, is how the girl ended up in my room. So help me God or my name is not William Jefferson Clinton."
