On my first day of university, I took a front-row seat in my literature class. The professor informed us we would need to read five books, providing a list of authors for us to choose from. He then ambled to the lectern, took out his class register, and began, "Baker, Black, Brooks, Carter, Cook..." I was feverishly trying to write down all the names when I felt a tap on my shoulder.
