The Lost Sheep |

English Original

Once, Zang and Gu were shepherding together, and they both lost their sheep.

Zang explained that he lost his sheep while he was reading. Gu said he was playing chess. Although reading is considered more elegant than playing chess, they were both engaged in activities they should not have been doing while tending the flock. Therefore, as far as the loss of the sheep is concerned, it makes no difference.
