The Running Rabbit |

English Original

A little rabbit is happily running through the forest when he stumbles upon a giraffe rolling a joint. The rabbit says, "Giraffe, my friend, why do you do this? Come run with me through the forest. You'll feel much better!" The giraffe looks at him, then at the joint, tosses it away, and joins the rabbit.

Soon, they meet an elephant about to use cocaine. The rabbit urges, "Elephant, my friend, think of your health! Come run with us through this beautiful forest. You'll feel great!" The elephant looks at them, discards the cocaine, and starts running with them.

Then, the trio encounters a lion preparing to inject drugs. The rabbit pleads again, "Lion, my friend, consider your health! Run with us through the sunny forest. You'll feel wonderful!"

The lion looks at the rabbit, puts down his needle, and proceeds to beat him up. Watching in horror, the giraffe and elephant ask, "Lion, why did you do that? He was only trying to help us!"

The lion replies, "Because every time this rabbit is on ecstasy, he makes me run around the forest like an idiot!"
