A middle-aged couple visited an art gallery.
The wife, who was nearsighted, stood before a mirror at the entrance, mistaking it for a painting. Seeing the reflection of a woman, she exclaimed, "Dear me, how could a woman be so ugly?"
"Don't be so fussy," said her husband. "It's lucky that it's a painting and not a mirror."
