English Original
Once upon a time, a villager lost his hatchet. He suspected his neighbor's son had stolen it.
He began to watch the boy's every move. The boy's gait, voice, and facial expressions all seemed different and suspicious, convincing the villager the boy was the thief.
A few days later, the hatchet was found. The villager had simply left it on the hill when he went to cut firewood.
The next day, seeing the neighbor's son again, the villager noticed nothing unusual in his gait, voice, or expressions. The boy no longer looked like a hatchet-stealer at all.
