English Original
Zi Qin once asked Mozi, "Teacher, is it true that the more you speak, the more attention you will receive?"
Mozi replied, "The frog and the toad croak incessantly from morning till night, yet they gain little notice from people. The rooster crows only for a few moments at dawn, yet it awakens everyone. Therefore, speaking a great deal is not necessarily advisable."
It does not matter how much you say; what matters is whether you can hit the nail on the head.
