One day, a lady saw a mouse running across her kitchen floor. Terrified, she rushed out, took a bus to the shops, and bought a mousetrap. The shopkeeper advised, "Put some cheese in it, and you'll soon catch that mouse."
The lady returned home with the trap but found no cheese in her cupboard. As it was late, she decided not to go back to the shop. Instead, she cut out a picture of cheese from a magazine and placed it in the trap.
Surprisingly, the picture worked! The next morning, when the lady came down to the kitchen, she found a picture of a mouse in the trap, right beside the picture of the cheese.
