One day, a thief broke into Picasso's home.
The housekeeper saw the thief as he fled. She quickly grabbed a pencil and paper and sketched a rough portrait of him.
Meanwhile, Picasso, who was sitting on the balcony, also spotted the sneaky figure running away and drew his own picture of the man. When the police arrived, both the housekeeper and Picasso handed over their sketches.
The police successfully identified and arrested the thief based on the housekeeper's drawing. However, Picasso's more abstract, stylistic portrayal led to several innocent people being mistakenly brought to the station for questioning.
